Podcasting 101 at the LAB
Learn the basics of podcasting from our podcast studio manager Sara, an experienced podcaster with a background in content strategy, branding, and social media. She will walk you through the process from podcast idea to finished product.

Sara Carreras, co-founder and host of “Wildchats: Get’cha Head in the Podcast!” is passionate about storytelling. She has consulted brands, influencers, government agencies, and non-profits on how to create content that propels their mission forward. Her broad content creation experience (video/audio editing, photography, social media, music production, etc.) gives her insight on how to create a comprehensive podcast strategy and final, polished product that you will be proud to broadcast.
Basic Orientation - 15 minute session

Polish your Podcast - 45 minute session
Includes the Basic Orientation tutorial as well as learning how to edit your own audio so your show is audience-ready.
Publish your Podcast - 1 hour 30 min session
Includes the Basic Orientation and Polish your podcast tutorials. Learn the different options for setting up an RSS feed so you can host your podcast anywhere and everywhere. We’ll even help you set it up on the spot!
Promote your Podcast - 3 hour session
Learn the tutorials from all packages above. Includes content strategy, branding, and social media promotion coaching.
Video Podcasting - 1-week tutorial (3 sessions)
Learn the tutorials from all packages above. Includes how to film your podcast (to be broadcasted live or uploaded later), edit it, start a YouTube channel, and more. All here in-studio at the LAB.
